» MY MATERIALS ARE QUITE HEAVY, CAN OBLIQUE HANDLE THE LOAD?

Oblique's patented rail assemblies have been designed to withstand significant loads. Each set of rails is capable of handling 250 lbs. or more. Rails are manufactured from zinc-plated cold-rolled low carbon steel. Rails are secured to 12 gauge cold-rolled steel brackets with 1/4-20 truss-head steel screws in 650 lb. solid pressed pre-threaded steel knurls. Assembly construction is contiguous to minimize diagonal torqueing on components. This increases the strength and rigidity of shelving as well.

Oblique compartments and rails together are a "system." Components have been selected based on their quality, strength, and durability. Together, they allow Oblique to be the only hanging filing system in the world with a Manufacturer's Ten Year Warranty. Customers choosing to use their own rails do so at their own risk, and without the benefit of the Oblique Warranties which are void if any other system of rail assemblies is used.
